The place was clean with an attentive and top-class staff. the restaurant was very nice for breakfast, we ordered amazing dishes. There were a coffeemaker, an iron, and a toaster provided. The personal attention we received from the managers on duty on the Saturday afternoon.Also the female (light haired) manager serving us breakfast very pleasant.

The price and room was different to when I booked, however the hotel managers gave us a complimentary breakfast. Perhaps the prices on the website were out of date or something like that.

The location was stunning and super, right at a motorway and easy to find. It was light with 3 single beds, good enough for rest.

The breakfast was warm with a lot of goodies. the room was well-appointed, had pleasant views, and featured facilities to make tea, good Internet, and a safe. - I had a very pleasant stay and would like to stay here on the next trip.

The external environment of the place was not too impressive but the room itself is worth staying. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and value for money!!!

The staff were extremely helpful and top-class. My room was well-appointed and reasonably priced. - the room had tea making facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a coffeemaker.

Bathroom was freezing, however, they had provided a fan heater :-)

The hot breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately some aspects of the room could have done with repairs; the bathroom light fitting was a bare bulb, the expelair didn't, and storage was limited. The hotel was unaware that we had booked and paid for an extra bed in the room.

The location of this hotel is amazing, right by the highway.

It is easy to get to and only a short distance to the town centre. It was clean and the beds comfortable.

There were no chairs in the room. It became quite uncomfortable always sitting on a bed or the floor. Car spots were not the best, we have a large car and if we had parked in our allocated space, this would have blocked access for other guests.

A particularly good area, quiet location close to the local attractions of Katoomba, the many restaurants and shops in town and beautiful Katoomba and the amazing blue mountains. Well-equipped and a nice size unit with a modern decor. Their service was terrific.
